Description of the Services

The Photographer will provide the following services to the Client:

The Client agrees to pay the Photographer the following fee for the services provided:

Payment of the fee will be made as follows:

CANCELLATION AND CHANGES

The Client may cancel the services by giving written notice to the Photographer. In case of cancellation, cancellation charges may apply according to the following conditions:

The Photographer reserves the right to make changes to the scheduled photo session or services due to unforeseen circumstances, such as technical problems or illness. In such cases, the Photographer will endeavor to offer a suitable alternative.

The Photographer reserves the right to make changes to the planned end date of the project if there is an unforeseen extension of the Project due to external problems.

OWNERSHIP AND USE RIGHTS

The ownership of the photos remains with the Photographer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The Customer acquires the non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the photos for the following purposes:

LIABILITY

The Photographer is not liable for any damage, loss or expense arising from the use of the photos or the inability to use the photos for any reason.

The Client indemnifies the Photographer against any liability, claims, damages or costs caused by the use of the photos by the Client or a third party.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Both Parties agree to keep confidential information exchanged during the performance of this Contract in confidence and not to disclose it to any third party unless required to do so by law.

APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

This shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.

In the event of a dispute between the Parties in relation to this Contract, the Parties shall use reasonable endeavors to resolve the dispute by mutual agreement.

If the dispute cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the Parties will submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The Hague for the settlement of the dispute.

Terms and Conditions

Description of the Services

The Photographer will provide the following services to the Client:

Product photography of the discussed products (discussed product),

Image editing and retouching of the photos,

Delivery of the digital photos in an agreed format and resolution,

Other services as agreed in writing between the Photographer and the Client.

Prices and Payments

The Client agrees to pay the Photographer the following fee for the services provided:

The customer must pay a fixed rate per project that has been agreed between the two Parties,

Any fees or additional costs will be separately disclosed and reimbursed by the Customer.

Payment of the fee will be made as follows:

Before the start of the project, the Client will have to pay a deposit of 50% of the total amount. The other 50% is paid at the end of the project Before the material is sent,

Payments will be made via: PayPal, Stripe or bank transfers,

Invoices must be paid within 14 days of receipt, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

CANCELLATION AND CHANGES

The Client may cancel the services by giving written notice to the Photographer. In case of cancellation, cancellation charges may apply according to the following conditions:

The Client will have to pay a cancellation fee of 25% of the fee charged from the original project (when this amount is below €125, the client must pay a cancellation fee of €125).

The Photographer reserves the right to make changes to the scheduled photo session or services due to unforeseen circumstances, such as technical problems or illness. In such cases, the Photographer will endeavor to offer a suitable alternative.

The Photographer reserves the right to make changes to the planned end date of the project if there is an unforeseen extension of the Project due to external problems.

Use it for online publishing, social media and advertising material,

The use of the photos is limited to the Client's business and may not be resold or provided to third parties without written permission from the Photographer.

The Client indemnifies the Photographer against any liability, claims, damages or costs caused by the use of the photos by the Client or a third party.
